What happened to the Google ads?

I came across some very poorly written articles earlier in the year and rewrote several of them as they were simply lacking any real content. They were photos “taken” from other websites and descriptions I can only regard as “photo comments” as they lacked any real information. Simply someone playing to the internet searches without actually doing any work. So I thought I will rework them and do them properly. For example as they were for things like mountains and volcanoes actually build a Google map for the locations of the natural locations. What happened though is that this little guy disappointed in his own ability to “write” started to whine about the fact better articles had jumped his rankings so he decided to report me to Google who have no doubt got a paranoia about being sued which who wouldn’t in the U.S. they have stopped the advertisements.. No real loss just a bit disappointing that they go out on a whim. What I will say though is the guy may be grumbling about the rewrites on the Philippines but I will spend next month rewriting over 200 of his articles “Properly” and lets see how that helps him out. If you had actually been able/bothered to write decent articles mine wouldn’t have jumped your rankings but they are beyond poor..

Anyway that’s what’s happened with the Adverts and Google A. didn’t inform me that this moron had made a complaint and B. they still haven’t got back in touch I have had to do all the leg work myself for 3 days nothing like customer service.

On an ending note.. the guy complained about the articles but did he ever ask permission to use any of the photos he used? no would be the answer.. typical problem on the internet today ownership goes as far as it does to suit themselves beyond that the dummy gets thrown out the pram.

Oh, oh… sad story here about your #Adsense… So you completely banned? How long you’ve been with Adsense?

Banned across TP the annoying thing is :-
      a. they didnt contact me.
      b. I spent 3 days finding out myself.
      c. They are virtually impossible to contact (google).
      d. They disconnected the advertising without consultation.

Nevermind.. They don’t exactly pay well in the first place so no real loss.. just disappointed Google do it on a whim.. the guy causing the problem though may think he’s done himself a favour but I will rewrite everything he’s written in about 10 days. Generally the articles he has done are internet garbage very poor quality e.g. take a photo add a couple of captions and call it a “post” wouldnt mind but the photos he uses aren’t his either yet assumes he has some right over the ownership.. Difference being I can write and I can write a lot quickly so will look to knock his rankings on everything he has ever written.

That’s okay Matt… There are still lots of options other than Adsense though…

Yes will look into it although to be honest most of the advertising doesn’t produce enough for the commitments they are asking in return. I might stick with the ones I currently have and actually de activate any others.

Hi Matt, I also have Adsense account from Google but I removed it from my website because its earn nothing. I also read some of the forum regarding google complains and 70% of the adsense member are complaining so I won’t surprised with it. Never mind, what important is that you are still on top 10 in google search thats how its count.

One of the major problems is that they suffer with major greed.. Im not sure of the % of profit Google are taking but I doubt its 50/50 in comparison to the amount of work the people are actually doing on their sites/blogs. Googles attitude is just arrogant I would say like a typical large corporation but it is exactly that a large corporation who just sees money nothing else.
