‘Tanim Bala’ (Bullet in bag) scam at Naia protect your luggage

The bullet in bag scam or Tanim Bala as it’s known in the Philippines continues with another 4 people being accused of having bullets in bags. This has increased by over 450% in the last year and although gaining public and media interest. The scam seems to be increasing rather than decreasing at the NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) airport.
Reality is its difficult to prevent, I have however made this quick video with suggestions on keeping safe. With an increase of over 450% of these occurrences can you afford not to? My best advice however is if you don’t need to go to Manila itself e.g. can go Hong Kong to Cebu direct then please do as Manila seems to be where the problems are happening.
