Tajimaya Charcoal Grill

Tajimaya Charcoal Grills, or Sumibi Yakiniku Tajimaya is a Japanese restaurant where customers are given the ingredients and are expected to cook their own food on a charcoal grill. Since Tajimaya uses smoke-free char-grills, the smoke is not released into the restaurant’s air. Customers are expected to quickly sear the meat on both sides and then wrap it in lettuce. Private rooms for 6 to 20 people are available.
