The Cebu City Rugby Football Club will be celebrating the 4th ML Kwarta Padala Cebu 10s international rugby festival on November 26th 2011 in Cebu City, Philippines. For those of you who have yet to visit the resort island of Cebu, come prepared for some great rugby, inexpensive alcohol, all the appropriate rugby touring entertainment, and a roaring good time.
Cup Honors have been shared in years past by the Alabang Eagles and Manila Nomads, with success in the Dragon’s Balls competition going to the Royal Selangor Club Dalmatians and the Boys from Hong Kong Unis.
The 2011 edition looks to see the tournament grow even more, as the word about rugby in Cebu & the Philippines spreads around the globe.
