Philippine Visa – Free Entry Stamp

The visa-free entry stamp or entry stamp is only issued to non-restricted nationals from the countries listed below, who are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for 21 days or less:

Nationals from the countries listed below are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for 59 days:

  1. Holders of Brazil Passports; and
  2. Holders of Israel Passports

Nationals from the countries listed below are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for sevendays.

  1. Holders of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR)
  2. Holders of British National Overseas (BNO) Passports
  3. Holders of Portuguese Passports issued in Macao
  4. Holders of Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR) Passports

Requirements

  1. Valid return ticket or ticket to next destination country
  2. Valid passport for at least six months upon arrival

Foreigners who are classified as restricted nationals should secure visas at any Philippine Embassy or Consulate Office before the intended travel. The same manner will apply to non-restricted nationals, who intend to stay longer than the allowed periods which are stated above.

Note: The entry stamp is given upon arrival at the international airport or at any port of entries for business and tourism purposes for the period provided hereof.

Admission will be dependent on the discretion of the Immigration Officer at the port of entry.

Nationals (restricted or non-restricted) who are enlisted in the deportation and blacklist orders of the Bureau of Immigration will not be allowed entry into the country.
