Opening a call centre in the Philippines can be a bit of a daunting task, but also its something I have already done and experienced in. I have access to a lot of agents that are not only experienced but can be trusted. Which will give you a head start as they know what they are doing already. I have quality controllers, supervisors and managers who are all experienced and worked with me previously. Not just in my call centre but others I have and do partner with.
