Transportation Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya on Wednesday, November 4, explained he believes the bullet in the bag scam is being blown out of proportion.
Explaining that only one case had been registered with the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation). Yet went on to state there had been 1,394 cases of ammunition found inside bags in 2015. As well as over 700 of those cases being in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila.
If this wasn’t enough statistics for 2012 – 2015 showed that there has been over 6,605 cases of ammunition found in people’s bags which seems a staggeringly high amount.
