Max's Restaurant

Max’s Restaurant, or "The House that Fried Chicken Built" is was founded in Quezon City by Maximo Gimenez, a Stanford-educated teacher. The restaurant has since expanded to the United States, with locations in California, Hawaii, and New Jersey. There are several locations in Cebu City. The chain opened to franchising in 1998 and also is one of the few restaurants in Cebu that has online ordering on its website.
