We stopped here during the Airsoft Gwen Garcia Airsoft Tournament at San Remigio. I was a bit disappointed to be honest and other people who stayed at the resort had many of the same issues.

    1. The Aircon couldnt be adjusted and was running super low so very little air was circulating.
    2. The light switch was hanging off the wall with electrics exposed.
    3. My wife had to clean the room before we could use it because it was dirty.
    4. There was no water in the morning so we couldnt shower. I ended up having to take a dip in the pool.
    5. My wife and her cousin decided to have a bathe in the pool in the afternoon since the water still hadnt come on and was then charged P100 per person for using the pool.
    6. Rubbish was being stacked up for burning within 15ft of the swimming pool.

I can see this resort has a long way to go with customer services aswell as the site itself. Around the pool its obvious construction and landscaping is still ongoing. But it does have a good beach location and literally from the front of the small Chalet rooms you can be on the beach in under a minute as its straight in front of you. The water is clear and the beach clean. A nice place to stay once things get in order. Would like to visit the resort in the future. Its a little bit off the beaten track but i think thats part of its charm.

I received an email from the resorts owner apologising for the service and I hope we can do another review next time we are in the area. So watch this space!

    HI,

I am based in the US, but will be coming home this May. There has been no negative feedbacks I’ve heard recently. My other sister was there late last year and everything was fine. But we are looking into this issue you had. Hope you’ll come back and visit, leave us a message or email me directly if you are planning to visit again. Are you located in Swisher, IA?
    Thanks…

    Hi,
we are in Minglanilla in the south of Cebu island. We will hopefully visit again this year but currently we are busy with things locally. If anyone has stopped recently they are welcome to add a review on here as well. The reason we setup the website like this is to allow people to add comments etc. and update.

I need to know specific dates, we are fully booked on May 14-23 exclusive booking, and most likely very busy for the summer season. If you have specific dates in mind, then I could check for you. I personally can’t tell you the rates, but could find it out for u after u give me the dates you want. Thanks…
