    Geez, before paying near a $1,000 a month for a glorified shoebox think i would just have stayed stateside and taken longggggggggg vacations .. but each to their own .. 🙂

      Different strokes for different folks. I have found for example a friend over on Mactan has a house costing P12million but at the same time the network of people in his sub-division has opened a lot of business opportunity. You won’t find a house in there under P5million. At the same time this property may open the same opportunities purely down to the neighbourhood. I have had people ask me previously for something a bit higher in price and I know of several properties here that are P30,000 a week on rentals do come with pools etc.

    Ok.Now that I have found this site,I can study my options for my next visit to Cebu in September.
    My girlfriend and i stayed in real nice place in April.It will be hard to top that place,but I will look ..Thanks
