el salvador attendants only want to accomodate foreign guests not filipinos. if you are a filipino, you will experience the cold shoulder treatment, or better yet being invisible. they won’t approach you, talk to you, or even accomodate you. even if you made a series of follow-ups, the receptionist will just yell with a highly irritating tone, 2 o clock pa ang check-in! but with foreigners, they acted quickly at lightning speed.

i asked them if i could see the manager but they told me she was on holiday. or maybe they just wanted to hide their vicious deeds.

Great service and affordable! Why would these people bother to hate that resort? Pinoy man mi. will be back there next year if the opportunity arises more.

You’re right david. I’ve been a regular customer for 2 years & counting. I don’t even remembered having treated like he told in his story.
