Dried fish is something that is part of the regular Filipino diet. Which involves frying the fish in oil. Normally served as as side dish served with vinegar and chilli.

    that stuff stinks when they cook it, i hate it when her indoors mother makes it or the yaya the place absolutly stinks terrible

    That is the one thing I have put my foot down about. It was making me feel sick, I would go in the bedroom and put a towel and the bottom of the door but the smell would still get in. No air freshener on earth can over come that smell. I started to go out when ever it was cooked but it still stunk when I got back. I also did not think it was right that I should be drove out of my house 2 or 3 times a week, so it came down to I go or the fish goes. Luckily she choose me.
