I was surprised nobody asked about why use plastic pipes for container gardening but there was more than one reason I did it. The first one is obvious as it looks nice in the location this one now sits but the other is on a sustainable living idea.
How it works is you take a plastic pipe and slide it up the groves in a steel roof giving you a “roof garden” obviously the amount people can use their roof varies on the structure itself but the point being you just slide them up stick a wedge at the base and you can grow things on the roof of a house without too much work. Well except for the actual gardening and building the unit in the first place but it does give access to various types of food that can be home grown almost anywhere. When you see videos of shanty towns ever notice the sea of empty metal roofs this could easily be part of a solution to peoples daily needs.
