Your probably thinking hang on a minute this isn’t in Cebu this is CDO but there is a reason I have posted this. Many people move around the Philippines and I find a lot of people either coming to Cebu from CDO or going to CDO for meeting up with others. Kingston Lodge is a bit of a hang out for expats as well as knowing what westerners expect in accommodation and food. So makes sense to post but would also like anyone stopping there to drop a comment below on how you find the place.

I have been there several times, not to stay, but to catch up with some of the ex pats who live there, they generally meet up twice a week, but I can’t remember which days.
I like the place very much, the girls who work there are very pleasant, and in my opinion it is a great place, I will have to stay there next time.
I concur this is the have it all place in CDO for Expats. Owned by an Aussie Danny Lawson and wife Daisy. Clean rooms, great food efficient and attractive staff.
It is also home for Tony Kings “Kings International Delicatessen and Bakery”, where expats can buy anything they desire in the way of food for expat taste or they will get it for you.
They have an expat group that is active in the community and meets every Wednesday 10 am and Saturday 12noon for friendship and support. The Filipina wives of these expats are also a cohesive group that offers support to other women in relationships with expats
