PLDT installed our telephone and internet last August but since that time have never billed us. We called in at their office in October but they just said we would be billed in due course. Now they have phoned us on Sunday morning to say that we are overdue. We have received no bill but we are overdue. So they asked us to call in at their office tomorrow morning to pay. At present we are still unable to make outgoing calls except to other PLDT subscribers. The rest of the world can however phone us! So tomorrow hopefully we can find out what we need to do in order to enable outgoing calls.
I worked in the telecom industry in the UK for ten years and I don’t recall every encountering such bad organisation.
