1 bedroom ground floor apartment for rent Minglanilla,Cebu, Philippines – P7,000 per month

Nice 1 bedroom apartment/house for rent in Minglanilla. Quiet area around 5mins walk from main road. The property is located within a compound and has some parking available. There is no water bill due to deep well being used. Electricity depending on usage is generally below P1,000 unless you add air conditioning (there are ceiling fans). There are 2 apartments available I live in the 3rd.

Ideal for single person or couple. There is wifi if you pay a small fee towards the bill (its mine nothing to do with the property) otherwise can add your own. There is an internet cafe nearby as well a Sari-Sari. Getting transport to the main road and into Cebu is very easy and regular. KMK runs along the main road and will take you to SM Mall for around P30 each way. Jeepneys upto Gaisano Fiesta Mall cost P7 each way and your within 10mins Jeepney ride to South General Hospital. Minglanilla’s main town is also nearby within 10 minutes walking or 5 minutes by tricycle/jeepney.

Other things available for hire :-

  • Refrigerator P500 per month
  • Stove P100 per month (Electric)
  • TV P200 per month
  • Computer P300 per month (basic)

Rental terms are :- 2 months advance plus 1 month deposit minimum. If interested email me at matt_wilkie@hotmail.co.uk

    Hi Richel,
I will have to check if there is one available (there is an adjoining apartment) but not sure if there is someone stopping there right now as there have been relatives visiting. When would you be looking to rent and how many people would be stopping?

Nice apartment although does it get hot and could you sort me out with something to cook with, mattress,TV and internet? I am looking to stay upto 6 months and don’t really want to pay for cable or internet if I can’t cancel the contracts.

This seems reasonable but is it too far from Cebu city to justify living here long-term?
